Machined from stainless steel and polished to a mirror finish that resists corrosion and cleans up quickly after range sessions. The crown cut at the muzzle protects the rifling from contact damage and gives the barrel a finished look at the muzzle end.

Lube the inside top of the slide and the barrel hood before the first range session — factory tolerances on a fresh barrel can be tight and a thin film of oil helps the barrel seat in cleanly. Gen 5 owners need the Gen 5 / Marksman barrel profile and should not order this part.
