This trigger spring upgrade kit fits the Ruger 10/22 and replaces the standard trigger spring set with three new springs: the trigger mainspring, the trigger plunger (return) spring, and the trigger sear spring. Each spring is steel with a matte black finish.

Use it to refresh a worn trigger group or as an upgrade over the standard springs. Working on all three springs at once keeps the job to a single teardown.

Before you install: the trigger group has small springs and pins under tension, so work over a clean bench and keep track of each part. After reassembly, function-check the safety, trigger reset, and hammer engagement with an unloaded rifle before you go live-fire. If you aren't comfortable working on trigger groups, have a gunsmith do the install.
