Starting with a Live Free Armory (Melbourne, FL) Black Cerakote Elite stripped slide blank for Glock 23 Gen 1-3 chambered in .40 S&W, we install the nitride barrel, tall polymer sights, and 3CR Tactical internals before each unit ships. Drops onto any compatible Glock 23 frame — no fitting required.

For optic installation: use the mounting kit included with your optic (Holosun, Trijicon, Sig, Vortex, etc.) — manufacturer kits have the correct torque spec, head shape, and threadlocker matched to that optic. The dimensions above are for reference when sourcing a replacement cover plate or aftermarket hardware. Hardware is not included with this slide.
