The Zaffiri Precision ZPS.3 is a complete assembled slide for the Glock 17 Gen 3 frame with factory slide porting cut into the top surface to vent muzzle gas and reduce felt muzzle rise on rapid follow-ups. The slide is cut for an RMR-footprint red-dot optic and machined from a single billet of 17-4 stainless steel at Zaffiri's facility in Largo, Florida.
Ported builds require a compatible ported or non-threaded match-grade barrel — the port geometry lines up with the barrel's dwell time to bleed gas without disturbing lockup.
Specs & features:
Verify frame generation before install; Gen 3-cut slides do not drop onto Gen 4 or Gen 5 without matching internals. Ported slides can run dirtier than un-ported builds — expect slightly more residue at the muzzle and schedule cleaning accordingly.
