The True Precision Axiom slide for Glock 19 Gen 3 ships with a factory-cut RMR optic footprint and gray DLC finish. Drop-in fit for Glock 19 Gen 3, 19X, and Model 45 frames with the supplied recoil rod and a slide completion kit (sold separately).

Optic mounting: 6-32 × 1/3" screws fit the cover plate; 6-32 × 7/16" fit the optic. We recommend pairing with the optic manufacturer's hardware kit when available.

Verify frame generation before installing; this slide is designed around Gen 3 dimensions and may not seat correctly on Gen 4 or Gen 5 frames without modification.
