The Samson design uses a threaded interface which protects the barrel threads unlike conventional compensators. The Pocket Comp efficiently reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise, allowing faster recovery between shots with iron-sight or red-dot equipped pistols. It functions with the factory recoil spring using a wide range of bullet weights and velocities.
