The Polymer80 Jig Kit with Tools is the complete tooling package for finishing a Polymer80 PF-series 80% pistol frame. It includes the reusable jig and the cutting tools needed to guide the final machining steps that turn a Polymer80 frame blank into a completed frame.

What's included:

• Polymer80 jig (front and rear rail modules)
• Drill bits for the locking-block and rail pin holes
• End mill for the top rail / barrel-block channel

How it works: The jig clamps around the Polymer80 frame blank and acts as a drilling and milling guide — indexing the pin holes and rail cuts so the fire-control components and slide rails seat correctly. Use with a drill press or hand drill following Polymer80's published instructions.

Compatibility: Polymer80 PF-series pistol frames (PF940V2 full-size, PF940C compact, PF940SC subcompact, PF9SS single-stack, and compatible variants). Confirm your specific frame model before use.
