Ships with the RMR cover plate installed and spare mounting hardware, so you can run iron sights today and transition to a red dot when you're ready. Iron sight cuts are standard Glock pattern — your stock or aftermarket sight set drops right in.
Mounting hardware: Cover plate screws are 6-32 × 1/3"; RMR optic screws are 6-32 × 7/16". Use the screw kit supplied by your optic manufacturer rather than generic hardware, and apply blue Loctite before torquing to spec.
Run a function check with snap caps after assembly to confirm timing and barrel-to-slide fit before live fire. Cerakote tone can vary slightly on screen vs. the part in hand.
