What You'll Need to Complete the Upper

• 9mm Glock 19 barrel (Gen 3 lockup geometry)
• Slide completion kit — firing pin, extractor, channel liner, recoil rod
• Iron sights or RMR optic + mounting screws

Optic Mounting Hardware

• Cover plate screws: 6-32 × 1/3"
• RMR optic mount screws: 6-32 × 7/16"
• Recommend the optic manufacturer's screw kit over generic hardware

Verify your RMR-pattern optic footprint before mounting. Pair with our 3CR Tactical Slide Completion Kit for Glock 19 Gen 3 to finish the build, then run 100–200 rounds of 115/124gr 9mm to seat the barrel and let the recoil rod settle.
