The GBRS Group Lerna Optic Mount Kit raises an EOTech EXPS-series holographic sight to a 2.91" optic centerline for a heads-up, NVG-clearance shooting position. It bolts directly to any Picatinny rail.

A taller centerline lets you keep your head up behind the rifle, which helps when you wear a helmet, night vision or a gas mask, and it can make it easier to see the optic while wearing plate carriers or other gear. The mount is a stand-alone base, so it replaces the EXPS factory base's position on the rail.

This is a tall mount intended for a raised optic position, not a low co-witness setup. Check that your sight is an EXPS-series model, and expect to re-zero after mounting. If you run a magnifier behind it, it needs a mount at the same height.
