Sig Barrels

Aftermarket barrels for Sig Sauer P365, P365XL, P320 X-Compact, and P320 Compact pistols. Stocked finishes include black DLC, black nitride, titanium nitride (TiN) gold, copper, and stainless. Available in standard length and threaded 1/2x28 for use with a compensator or suppressor.

Picking the right Sig barrel

Match the barrel to your slide model first — a P365 barrel will not drop into a P365XL slide (and vice versa). The P320 X-Compact and P320 Compact also use distinct barrel lengths, so confirm your platform before you order. Threaded variants are 1/2x28 for use with a 9mm compensator or suppressor.

Stock here is dominated by True Precision, with a few Brownells listings rounding out the P365 / P365XL selection. True Precision barrels are stainless steel and direct drop-in for OEM slides — no fitting required.

What each kit does

  • Completion kits — the Sig Sauer OEM 9mm P365 slide completion kit (firing pin, extractor, striker assembly) and the Grey Ghost Precision P320 slide completion kit finish out a stripped Sig slide. Grey Ghost's P320 kit ships without a recoil rod, so re-use your OEM guide rod.
  • Lower parts kits — the 3CR Lower Parts Kit for the Sig Sauer P320 gives you a full fire-control refresh: trigger, sear, safety, springs and pins.
  • Grip modules and aesthetics — Tyrant Designs P365 X-Macro grip modules in Black, FDE and Gray; P365 X-Macro magwell in Black; slide caps in Black and Gold; +3 magazine extension; and the IntelliFire flat-face trigger in Black/Gold or Gold/Black.

Check your generation before ordering — the X-Macro is not the same footprint as a standard P365 or P365XL, and the P320 fire-control unit is the serialized part, not the grip module.
