The EOTech HHS VIII pairs the EXPS3-0 holographic weapon sight with a color-matched G33 magnifier, both in tan. The EXPS3 lets you shoot with both eyes open for fast target acquisition, and the G33 adds magnification when you need to reach out.
The EXPS3-0 has night vision compatible settings and a 7mm raised quick-detach base that puts the sight at a lower 1/3 co-witness with standard iron sights. It mounts on a Weaver or MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail.

Mount the sight first and zero it, then set the magnifier behind it on the same rail. Check that your rail has room for both units, plus the eye relief you need. Both units run on the same rail line, so the magnifier sits at the matching height.
