Push-button speed safety selector for AR-15 and AR-10 rifles. Replaces the standard lever selector with a single press-through button that takes the rifle from safe to fire in one motion — no 60° or 90° rotation, no thumb re-grip. Built for 3-gun stages, defensive drills, and range training where every tenth counts.

Install notes

Uses the factory safety detent and spring pocket in the lower. Remove the pistol grip, drop out the old selector, seat the push-button body from the left side, and reinstall the detent and spring. No fitting required for standard mil-spec lowers. Verify function on an empty rifle before live fire — the button should press through cleanly with the hammer cocked and stop cleanly at the safe position with the hammer forward.

Not compatible with: ambidextrous safety lowers, billet lowers with a reversed detent bore, or drop-in trigger cassettes that block the standard detent pocket.
