The Presma forward assist assembly fits AR-15 (.223/5.56) and AR-10 (.308) upper receivers with a forward-assist pocket. Use it to replace a worn or damaged forward assist, or to complete a stripped upper you are building out.
It arrives as a complete steel assembly with the plunger, spring and retaining roll pin together, so you are not hunting down small parts separately. Steel construction holds up to the hard, repeated strikes a forward assist is meant to take when you need to push the bolt carrier fully into battery.

Fit and install check: confirm your upper has a forward-assist pocket. Slick-side uppers do not. Support the upper receiver on a block while you drive the roll pin so you do not mar the finish. After install, press the plunger a few times and confirm it returns fully under spring pressure before you reassemble the rifle.
