Drop-in fit for Glock 26 Gen 1 through Gen 4 subcompact pistols. The barrel is finished in black nitride for a hard, low-glare surface that resists corrosion and powder cake — a meaningful upgrade over factory chrome lining when the pistol lives in a holster.
Chambered to P (proof) spec for a tight, accuracy-grade fit, with a 1:16 twist that runs every common 9mm bullet weight cleanly.
On a subcompact like the G26 the barrel is short enough that bullet-weight tolerance matters — the proof-spec chamber here is more forgiving with 147gr and bonded JHP profiles than the looser factory chamber, which is worth noting if you carry the pistol with defensive ammo.
Run 100–150 rounds of standard-pressure 115gr or 124gr FMJ to bed the new barrel before mixing in JHP or +P. Lube the inside top of the slide forward of the ejection port during break-in.
Confirm your pistol is a Glock 26 Gen 1–4 before installing — Gen 5 pistols use a different barrel geometry and this barrel will not function in a Gen 5.
