Tried to order, but card was declined. What can I do?

If you contact your card’s issuer then they can provide insight into why the transaction was declined. The most common reasons are incorrect billing address or other card specifics entered incorrectly. Your bank may also have security/fraud alerts that need to verify the card holder is the one performing the transaction via a text or app push before allowing the charge.

On a declined transaction there may be a pending hold of funds on the card. That will expire on it’s own.
